Maintenance message:
Please bring along the invoice (one year maintenance), the box and the whole set (for example: the charging cord/USB attached to the stylus) to the following address:(Please check if there is Citibest licensed sticker on the back of the box. The company only accepts the original licensed goods of our agent)
  • If the goods fail to confirm the problem or if there is no goods or have been discontinued, the goods will be returned to Taiwan for processing, which takes about 4 weeks.
  • If the product is found to be defective, not consumable or human error, it will be replaced by one-for-one method. If it is a consumable item, the accessory can be purchased immediately.
  • No need to make an appointment for repairs, and the processing is completed within an average of 5-10 minutes.

One Year Limited Warranty

We make no other express or implied warranties whatsoever for this product. In addition, we make no expressed or implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or of merchantability with respect to the product. No agent, representative, dealer, or employee of the Company has the authority to increase or alter the obligations or limitations of this Warranty. Jot discs are consumable items expected to wear over time and require eventual replacement as a result of normal use, but will be replaced if found defective. The Company’s obligation to this Warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of any part of the product that is found to be defective in materials or workmanship under normal use during the one (1) year period commencing from the date of purchase. After contacting our technical support team, either via phone service or e-mail, for a Return Authorization Number, send the defective product, postage prepaid, to our local representative office. Please include a note with the Return Authorization Number along with the description of the malfunction and suspected cause of failure. Once the product is received, the product ceases to be the property of the customer and becomes the property of Adonit. The Company has the right to either replace, refurbish or in other ways, return, the product to normal working order

Once the product is sent back to the customer that product ceases to belong to Adonit and becomes the property of the customer. The Company shall NOT be obligated to repair or replace a product that is found to be defective due to damage from non-normal use, unreasonable use, modifications, customization, or alterations occurring after the date of manufacture. Further, the Company shall NOT be responsible for any damage of any other property if such damage derives from a user activity not conforming to the recommendations or advices specified in the Product Guide. In no case shall the Company be liable for any consequential or incidental damages for breach of this or any other warranty expressed or implied whatsoever, even if the loss or damage is caused by the Company’s negligence or fault. Some states do not allow the exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights with vary from state to state.
